Service refers to the services provided by StaySafe VPN to its users, which associates with the usage of a virtual private network (VPN) and allows the user to encrypt the data that is shared between his/hers device and other devices on a different network.

The user agrees to respect all applicable federal, state and local laws in connection with the use of StaySafe VPN services. The user is fully responsible and accountable for all actions performed within our network, and will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods including maintenance and repair or a variety of factors beyond control. StaySafe VPN holds the right to making changes to the Terms of Services provided, herein, without any notice provided.
